1º de abril de 1969. O dia em que Maria Dília Portela Godoy deu o primeiro passo para a realização de um grande sonho. Com apenas oito crianças e um amor incomensurável pela educação, “Tia Dília” começou uma pequena escola dentro de sua própria casa, na rua Josephina Mandotti, em Guarulhos. Nascia a Escola de Educação Infantil “O Pequeno Príncipe”.
A escola lançou raízes firmes e hoje, em suas dependências – Berçário e Escola Infantil O Pequeno Príncipe e Colégio Mater Amabilis –, recebe perto de 2000 alunos a partir de 4 meses de idade, com a missão de proporcionar uma educação de excelência, através de um projeto pedagógico vivo, dinâmico e flexível, que vê o aluno como protagonista de sua formação.
